PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently we are only able to accept PayPal payments. We apologise but we are unable to accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR BAG

When viewing an item on the product detail page, you can add an item to your bag by simply selecting your colour preference (if required). Then, to add the item to your bag, simply click the "ADD TO BAG" button.

PLACING AN ORDER

After you have added an item to your bag, you will be prompted to review your bag. Here, you may review all items in your bag, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

Please note items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your bag does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.

CHECKING OUT

By clicking the "Check Out" button in your bag, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or to click continue if you do not have an account. You can also choose to checkout as a guest if you do not wish to have your account details saved for your any future purchases.

Step 1

You will then be prompted to finalize your order through PayPal. Please then select your method of payment.  As we are currently only set up to accept PayPal, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what is on your PayPal account or on your credit card. If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, you may proceed to the next step.  Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.

Step 2

You will then be redirected back to our check out summary page. If you have a promotion code and would like to use it, you can enter it here during the check out process. Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals.  Then click the "COMPLETE MY PURCHASE" button.  Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

APPLYING PROMOTION CODES

If you wish to apply a promotion code, you may enter this code in the GIFT CARDS/PROMOTION CODES section in step 2 of the check out process.
