We want you to be absolutely in love with your new Rue Gembon order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order back to us. Returns must be received within 14 days from the days from receipt of receiving your package. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. If the removal tags have been removed Rue Gembon reserves the right to refuse your return. Please note original shipping changes are non-refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your Rue Gembon order and return your items within 14 days of receiving your package to the address below. Please make sure to include your Order # on the outside of the package. Hong Kong does not require a post code for returned items. However should your postal provider require this please use 999077 as the post code.

Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
All returns must be new and unworn with removal tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Rue Gembon reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
We will process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

RETURN PROCESSING
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Also please be aware original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will refund you for the item returned by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that refund times are dictated by the payment provider and are outside our control
