Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.
TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Rue Gembon, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information around your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Rue Gembon, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Rue Gembon. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
